Launching of New Land Reutilization Program
As of July 1, 2009 the Portsmouth City Health Department is launching its new Land Reutilization Program. The Program utilizes the Ohio Revised Code by taking possession of abandoned properties through a foreclosure process, strip away any liens, and sell the properties to citizens at a low fair price.
1ST ANNUAL SCIOTO COUNTYWIDE CLEANUP
Get your calander out because from 9am to noon on September 12th is the date and time set for the 1st Annual Scioto Countywide Cleanup. The Lawrence-Scioto County Solid Waste Management District is seeking volunteers to take part in the massive cleanup. Read all about it!!!
