Welcome to the Care and Prevention division of the Portsmouth City Health Department. We are dedicated to providing free counseling, education, and testing opportunities in our ten county area of service. In addition, we also provide free CDC and ODH sanctioned programs, such as, Voices/Voces and Healthy Relationships. This agency is available to provide educational seminars, health fairs, and special testing events.
