Terms and Agreements:  The structure on property shall be demolished within sixty (60) days of deed transfer at the owners expense. Redevelopment and/or maintainence of parcel according to the Portsmouth City Ordinance is mandatory with a 3 year probationary period. Inspections will be performed during the probationary period by a Land Reutilization Program representative. If the applicant fails to develop and/or maintain the terms and agreements, the City of Portsmouth will revert ownership back into the Land Reutilization Program.
